Frame quality and warranty
Chandeliers with gold or chrome plated frames carry a 3 year limited warranty against tarnishing. When cleaning your chandelier try not use chemical and alcohol based cleaning products. You may clean the crystal simply by wiping them off with soft towels.

Crystal quality.
30% Full lead crystal: This type of crystal is one of the best in the world today with more than 30% lead content. It is all precision machine cut and polished to perfect shine.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs or cash payments unless merchandise is picked up in person. Wired funds, and money orders are accepted but they may cause a delay in delivery until funds are verified with the issuing bank.

Lightsorama.com is not responsible for delays due to U.S. Customs delays, Freight company transit delays, delays that occur due to natural disaster issues such as hurricanes or other related factors. 
Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for full refund of purchase price or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it. Returned goods must be in their original packing. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective merchandise. All returns must have a confirmation from our customer service before an item is returned.

Is assembly required?
All of our chandeliers are pre-wired for your convenience. Most chandelier's frames are shipped out semi assembled. Some smaller size frames consist of 3 or 4 separate pieces which requires some assembly time. Assembly times vary from model to model. Smaller size (up to 16" width) frames shipped fully assembled and crystals are packed separately. Larger size frames (20" Width and up) are also shipped out semi-assembled. Frames and crystals are packed separately for safe and secure delivery. Please call our customer service for required time for assembly.
